#lovelifeproject - the end

And just like that February is over. The days drag on, but time flies.

I wish I could tell you that this month was less stressful than the last, that it came with fewer challenges, that it was free of discontentment and discouragement. But, that simply would not be true.

However, this month truly brought so much joy - friendships both close and far away, simple acts of kindness, and sweet moments shared with a sweeter spouse. It also came with some huge learning experiences. God’s deep at work in my heart, and I couldn’t be more excited or scared.

The #lovelifeproject was definitely something I needed. I don’t know how many times the end of the day drew near, and I realized I needed to stop, look around, and think about how many blessings surrounded me. By the end of the month, it {almost} became more natural to recognize every “stop and just appreciate this” moment.

Here are some of my favorite moments from this month:
1) Running in the snow. 2) Fun fortune cookie crafts with a dear friend. 3) First time on the Peabody Rooftop.
4) Belated Superbowl Parties with football oreo truffles.

Also thank you to everyone who joined me in this project! It was so much fun to look through all the photos - you were such an encouragement. Here are some of my favorites, too:

1) Holly of Finding My Everyday Happy - @gilbert_h
2) Robyn of Invincible Summer - @robina_black
3) Beka of The I Love Yous - @seanandbeka
4) My man, the one, the only @eatinglunch1 - isn't he sweet?

What were your favorite February moments?

  1. My favorite part of February was the day I spent with my sis and surprised my nieces and nephew at the bus stop! :)

  4. Yes, life is definitely a "beautiful mess" - and just because it's messy doesn't mean that we can ignore the beautiful.

  5. Thank you... they were meant as a Valentine's gift, but they never got delivered. So now they are sitting in a glass on my bookshelf. I'll definitely have to mail them out with encouraging notes or something!

  6. Yes, it was definitely what I needed during a rough month! But, hopefully March is better {and you will finally get to move in!} and we can still make time to enjoy all the little things in our life!

  7. What great pictures! Moving into our new apartment has definitely been the best high light. And those football oreo truffles look scrumptious :)
