23 things i love about you

Exactly 23 years ago today a monumental event occurred in my life. As I was only 17 days old, I wasn’t really aware of the day’s importance - but now I get to celebrate it wholeheartedly. Because you see, 23 years ago today my Mr. entered the world.

Dear Daniel,

Words can’t really express how much you mean to me, but I’ll still try. I wish for you moments of indescribable joy today amidst the studying and the preparing you have to do for your test on Monday. I hope you’ll look back on your first birthday with me as one to remember, and I look forward to celebrating many, many more together.

Here are 23 things I love about you:

1. Your commitment to Jesus.

2. Your ridiculous sense of humor.

3. Those incredible dimples.

4. Your extreme honesty.

5. The way you study so hard.

6. The study breaks in between.

7. Our long conversations.

8. Your intense love for the Razorbacks.

9. The way you think through everything.

10. How you “helps” and “holds.”

11. Your passion for dental care.

12. Your willingness to go on adventures with me.

13. The way you persevere.

14. Our mutual love for zombies.

15. That amazing bod.

16. How great you are at laundry.

17. How thoughtful you can be.

18. Your intelligence.

19. The crazy things you say.

20. How you’re okay with popcorn for dinner.

21. When you laugh so hard you can barely breathe.

22. How you like to play games.

23. How I get to spend the rest of my life with you!

Happy Birthday, Daniel!!!!
